There are many countries in the world with different culture and custom, which has a direct impact over their cuisine. It is a boast of robust flavors, with mind blowing varieties and a mixture of different spices, ingredients and surprises. The food is dependent on our culture and the manner, in which our ancestors have survived by inventing different items to eat for survival. However, as discussed by Gabriel et al., that there are many cuisines around the world with many unusual foods that seems weird for most of the people around the world. The most unusual food in our culture, that may seem weird to people around the world is Red Ants chutney popular in Chhattisgarh, India.  The red ants are dried and then crushed with salt, sweeteners and spices. This is very sharp and spicy, which will set the tongue on fire. Many people around the world will not consider this food in their meals and they will feel uncomfortable eating it.
