1. Overall safety
Construction management is a professional service which oversees planning, design and
construction of a project. Overall safety refers to procedure guidelines to be followed to
ensure the safety of the workers both at and on site (Zavadskas et al, 2014; Ha

2. Efficient use of resources
Utilization of resources namely man, material, sources etc. in a manner to reduce wastage is
known as efficient use of resources. In construction management it how well manager uses

3. Effectiveness
In construction management, effectiveness refers to cost effectiveness of the project that will

For construction management, satisfaction of stakeholder depends on meeting the three
criteria namely cost, schedule and quality in accordance with the stakeholder needs
