	I agree with the decision made by the court. The case has no proof and is based on only claims. Mr. Balsamo agreed to the agreement in the first place but wanted to back out from the deal due to personal interest of not expending the compensation from the BNP company as he was the partner in the group. Due to this he brought several claims against Mr. Zorzit of being guilty and he is being the victim in the situation. The legal principles maintained for the decision according to me are extensive delay in the case which occurred due to producing new claims by Mr. Balsamo’s counsellor each time of trial. Lack of solid proofs in written or documentation were missing from Mr. Balsamo’s side. The nature of the complaint changed each time of trial as new claims were raised.
