Overall Gain of cascade system is the multiplication of individual gain. Since 
Gain is given in dB, hence multiplication means addition in dB 
a> Gain= 6.5 + 6.5 = 13 dB 
b> IP3 is related as follows for cascaded system 
 
Then IP3_Total is given as
IP3_Total=22.2 dBm  =   165.9587 x 10
-3
 
Gain = 6.5 dB=  4.
