	Globalization can be defined as the process, in which any organization interact and conduct the business at the international level. It has been seen most of the big corporation conduct their work globally and play crucial role in managing the fabric of the system (Krugman). Globalization is a multi-step procedure, which become successful on active interaction between people, organization and government of the places where business is going to be conduct. There are several factors, which influenced in bringing about globalization; these factors are investment, international trade and information technology. Globalization is done for the expansion of the business in the international market, providing mutual benefits to all the parties involved in collaboration.

Positive Impacts
Globalization has many positive impacts on the international system. It gives chance for the free trade to all the business whether medium, small and big. As supported by Kaurin and Simic, a large number of barriers such as subsidies, value added taxes and tariffs are reduced over the period. It plays an important role in supporting the global economy by creating the jobs and lowers the prices of the product for the customers, due to the increases in the competition, among the organizations.
