Introduction
This is a research work based on the framework of the existing strategy and policy approach of the Ravine Strategy. The research work will be discussed on the three questions - a theory of change or logic model, a measurement framework that includes both outcomes for the public as well as output of the activities outlined in the strategy and an outline of a monitoring and evaluation plan.

A theory of change or logic model
A logic model is the description of the present state of relationship among the resources, activities, outputs, outcomes, and the impact, and the theory of change shows the essential changes that should be happening in the specific context. The organization Ravines provides a lot of essential ecological services and recreation opportunities[footnoteRef:1]. According to Shortly and Kepe (2020, p. 10), factors like climate change, population growth, etc can create specific problems in the area of the organization. The Ravines are facing the same situation. At this point the Ravines have to maintain a logic model and the model has some aspects. Ravines fundamentally work in the natural spaces and ecological function is one of the most important works of the organization is another important part of the model in the area of investment. As the organization Ravines organized a number of events concerning the people about climate change, weather events, and invasive species, Ravines needs to make a proper investment in this specific sector, as well as the organization needs to change the theory of investment time by time along with the changing of the situation. In the logic model, one of the most important things is the organization’s view and vision (Shaker et al., 2020, p. 997). As an important organization that is working on the natural spaces, Ravines has to have a proper view and vision about their program[footnoteRef:2].
