 The assessment of Work-integration provides a great platform of learning for the users and most 
importantly for the students who are undergoing learning. Users and students are able to improve 
their knowledge and practical skills with the help of assessment of work-integration. The phrase 
“Work-integrated Assessment” means certain different kind of methods and policies that 
incorporate non-practical work with the practical work within the properly managed system and 
regulation. 
Under my preceding employment with an organization, which was wholly sustained by the 
purposefully designed software “Oracle” that was efficiently integrated the theoretical work of 
employees with the practical work. Oracle provides wide-ranging and fully incorporated support 
and policy of technical services. The organization comprehensively performs all its routine daily 
operations with the help of the system “Oracle”. They passed all their entries online on oracle 
system, which provide them anytime access to that data at anyplace, which they have posted on 
the system online. 
In fact, my earlier employed organization was a service providing organization of warranty 
services to some mobile/ cellular companies as they have to face various different types of forms 
on the Oracle Database. With its help, the organization has been able to maintain complete daily 
records of their stocks of spare parts, and how much handset came in and out i.e., movement of 
inventory from the daily repairing stock reports. They also maintained the record of the total 
number of employees regarding their posts and their salary or remuneration packages as well.
