Introduction 
The Aged care facilities in New Hampshire region need review in the modern context. 
There are several nonprofit agencies that have been operational to provide social and clinical support to the aged people. 
Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services is one of such nonprofit agencies whose work is acknowledged in New Hampshire region. 
The Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services (BEAS) is one of the major government based nonprofit agency that is working to alleviate the social and healthcare life norms of elderly people in New Hampshire region. The main focus of the agency is over providing social and healthcare support to the people who are plus sixty years of age and they suffer from any kind of chronic illness or disability.

The Service Area: BEAS
BEAS is a state based nonprofit organization that identifies the aged care facilities and helps the aged people in managing their healthcare needs. 
It also serves the elderly people with formal support given to prevent them from having any kind of social neglect.  
BEAS is known for serving the elderly people who have been neglected by their families. The services that the agency seeks to offer are related with medical support given to the aged people because most of the times, social neglect of the elderly leads to chaos in their lives; when they are abandoned from their families and they are put into some shelter homes, the formal care norms are simply not enough to meet out their needs and expectations.

To make sure that BEAS expands over its service criteria through organizational approach of collaboration, the first organization that fulfills the criteria is New Hampshire Healthcare Workforce Coalition. 
This organization locates shortage of workforce related to healthcare and also, it helps in managing the financial resolutions of the state and medical employees.  
New Hampshire Healthcare Workforce Coalition is the first milestone; the organization is one of the 44 organizations in the region that has passed the SB 308 standard which is more like prolonged approach to identify the shortage of the healthcare workers.
