Their services were made popular amongst men because they would advertise on/in social media sites and areas frequented by men. Ashley Madison concentrates on the credits of the users rather than the monthly subscription. For instance, if a man wants to start a conversation with someone then he has to pay eight credits to start the conversation. The follow up messages between the two members are free after starting the conversation. Ashley Madison has a real time chat feature, which can be availed by paying credits to allot a certain time for chatting. Ashley Madison ensures their customers that they will find their best match for dating and if the users do not find their best match for dating then their money will be refunded.
