There are no restrictions on the timings where the companies can serve their customer ad provide their valuable support at night if needed. Earlier people do not opt for e-business technologies because of the fear of fraud. It resists the companies to use e-business technologies to serve their perspective and potential customer. Now, people are fond of digitalization, and they love to purchase their needed products online rather than moving to the crowded places.
According to Sangwook (2017), Not only the big or small companies, e-business can help all the categories to increase their profit and wide coverage of customers. E-business helps the suppliers to procure their basic to complex activities through e-business as it will help them to save their valuable time and to be in contact with many companies as compared to earlier. Nowadays, IT sector is contributing enough to provide the greater security from the hackers and giving strong punishments to them if any found guilty. According to Chen (2017), E-business technology may help the prospective suppliers to know the purchasing behavior of different client from any place along with it helps in saving long hours of the suppliers which they needed before while giving their proposal to the many companies at the different place.
