Analysis of the article 
Out of the different conditions, the two most important conditions that allow the team to thrive are not uniform goal and mindset and weak communication channels.  These practices create more hindrances in team performance (Hbr, 2016). 
From the article, I understand that good team forms when there is good communication between every team member. Whereas less communication between team members weakness the team from the inside. In the business review article,
