· Explain who the couple is including their ages, nationalities, careers, etc.
· This should be a complete profile of the couple as every aspect of the wedding centers around who they are.
Detail the meeting.
· This should consist of the date of the meeting, location, and topics covered in the meeting.
· Note: couples are encouraged to begin planning their wedding at least 12-18 months, the earlier the better as their timing affects everything from getting the ceremony location that they want to the reception location as well as the caterer and entertainment for the reception.
Create a contract.
· Explain the contract, specifically what details are important to the couple, especially if each person wants something very specific that represents them.
