As WHS Co-ordinator for your site, you need to make sure that the Site Supervisor and all workers know the powers of the WHS Regulator, and when they need to report an incident to the government authority.
Access the web site of the WHS Regulator for NSW, AUSTRALIA.
Browse the site and read the information in relation to the powers of Inspectors.
Find out the types of incidents that must be reported to the WHS Regulator, how and when to report.
You must respond to the following points in relation to the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2001 and the NSW Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017.

What consultation processes will you use to ensure that the Site Supervisor and all workers are aware of their responsibilities for co-operating with the Inspectors and for reporting incidents.
Write a Tool Box Talk you could use to deliver an information session to the site workers on this Notifiable incidents and their responsibilities for reporting Notifiable Incidents.
