	In an education-based organisational-setting, one major anticipated challenge is to act as per the norms of the professional standards, set by governing bodies that operate on national and international levels (Borkowski, 2016). It has to be noted that abiding the norms and standards does restrict the unique skill application in educational sector; however, it improves the scope of proper child learning in the primary learning environment of schools. Another anticipated challenge is to make children learn at same pace, in context of aggressive behavioural outburst of certain children, keeping in mind the timeframe of learning associated with the set standards of primary learning. Children usually within the age group of 5 to 9 years, tend to have varying learning curves, which makes the standards retention difficult.
