My definition of health would be one that describes the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. This is exactly what the World Health Organization too has defined in their own policy and it also includes absence of disease or infirmity (J. Kronenfeld, 2002). Health can also be seen as a state of dependent when it comes to presence or absence of diseases. Infact according to WHO which I too agree with as far as its applicability on an individual is concerned. Health is one that allows people to cope up with all demands of their daily life....
