    In a consumer buying process there are six steps involved for making a purchase which is prefe
ed by the customers. Hence, these are some sequential phases which are being tracked by the consumers for purchasing a product. It’s the needs and wants of the consumers which makes a buying decision. Then the consumers search for information on the products and services. They then evaluate the products from all the alternative. Finally, the purchase decision is initiated. Then the actual purchase is being made and a post purchase analysis is conducted after making a purchase. The last stage helps the companies to determine if the consumers are satisfied or dissatisfied with the products (Middle
