ectional cases in recent years, however, the legitimacy of rights given by First Amendment are also put to review (McKee, 2020). There are several concerns that appear to be logical on behalf of prisoners when they demand for a right to secure their privacy. There is a state of conflict between some rights and the implementation of the co
ectional commands to them. Out of many, there are some rights that are still preserved for prisoners.
