Structural engineers work closely with architects to produce structures that are not only visual marvels but able to withstand the demands of wind, earthquakes, and self-weight.Goal: In this project, you will construct the tallest possible building using everyday materials and test it under a wind and earthquake simulation.Ethics Question: You have discovered an error in the calculations that show a tall building designed by your firm would be at serious risk of collapse in a 50-year wind. The building is complete and occupied. The possibility exists of strengthening the building but at a very significant cost to your firm.What do you do? a. Assess and conclude that the likelihood of a 50-year wind is sufficiently remote and accordingly is not a practical risk. b. Tell the client that the building and the surrounding area should be evacuated until the building has been strengthened. c. Urbanization is increase rapidly, so that it requires the larger building demand increases for residency. However, the metropolitans worldwide are responsible for tall building structure construction each year. The structure engineers are responsible for the structure rigidity and strength to withstand against heavy wind blow, earthquakes and self-weight of the building. The project is discuss about to construct the tall building using conventional building material and evaluate strength, rigidity and life-span by considering wind load and earthquake effect. Additionally, there are demonstrating the structure is able to resist wind load for minimum 50 years without structural risk (Mehrkian, B. and Altay, O., 2020).  In order to evaluate structural strength of building, it is require evacuating the building until strengthened.  Demonstrate the potential problem with the professional indemnity insurers and manage to work with strengthening in the different manner as possible acceptance with financial consequences. 
Aim: 
To construct the tallest possible building using conventional construction materials and evaluate under wind and earthquake simulation. 
Scope 
The tall building structure is risky in terms of structure strength, durability and considering surrounding effect such as wind load and earthquake effect. However, advance engineering design and material selection makes possible to construct tall building without assurance of safety for upcoming 50 to 60 years.
