Budget maintenance which have the basis of humans service’s ethical standards plays a vital role and is much needed because human services are high standards professionals who are expected to have integrity , be honest along with must be able to put people and community first. Thus, all money is accounted well while maintain budget including the inflow and outflow of money. Agency will be organized and aware by keeping a paper trial of all details along with employee responsible for movement of any money.
