It is so because the person, at the disposal of the situation concerning understanding the customer preferences, often has a hurry to solve this query. Therefore, as indicated by Wall (2016), in case of analyzing the preferences and aversions of the customers, the marketing personnel often end up making wrong or false assumptions, without analyzing the market demand properly.
