In an essay of 250 words, write an analysis of a current event from the perspective of ideology. First, summarize the event or the issue. Then explain what the liberal or conservative perspective on it would be. What makes it "liberal" or "conservative" (or moderate, or radical, etc.)?

You need to make sure that you are using reputable sources, and examining an issue or an event that is politically significant. Remember to cite your source(s). The best way to do that is to provide a link. Points will be deducted for failing to provide adequate citations.
