Perils of ignoring Impact Analysis
Effective decision-making is one of the qualities of a good leader. A good leader makes decisions while keeping the various aspects of his decision in view. He considers not only how the decision will affect the business but also how it will affect the employees and other departments. Critical decisions often impact the entire organization and a single mistake can be detrimental to the entire organization as well.
