Introduction
Supply Change Management (SCM) is an essential part of the firm if an organization’s supply chain is efficiently working than the other organizations, it can attain its goal in an appropriate manner. SCM engages on different levels, such as strategic, tactical and operational. On a strategic level, an organization takes decisions with apprehension regarding SCM to check how it will work. Then,on a tactical level, it includes things which have to be included in the supply chain and will help the organization to achieve their goals easily. Lastly, operational level means how SCM will exactly work. Hence, there is a very strong relationship between the organization’s business objectives and supply chain and logistics management.

Tesco is one of the biggest retailing organizations in the United Kingdom. Tesco operates in more than 14 countries all over the world and serves more than 10, 0000 customers every day. Tesco mainly operates in different types of store formats, suchas Metro, Express, and Superstore, respectively. Recently, Tesco has expanded its business format to an online grocery store. The main aim of Tesco is to simply ‘create the value for their customers to earn their lifetime loyalty and the vision of the company is to become an emerging company in the retailing business.

According to Tesco's inbound logistics, this is the main distribution, which involves receiving the goods from a supplier in the warehouse, distribution as well as internal processing of the store, and finally placing the goods on the retail store shelves (Brekalo and Albers, 2016). At every point, quality control measures have been ensured so that the customers can get real value without incu
ing unnecessary costs. Tesco outbound logistics involve delivering high-quality products to its customers. The company also offers discountsto its customers through door-to-door delivery. Efforts have also been made to improve parking facilities, cart space and the handling of tangible items to make their customers feel excellent. According to Tesco's perspective, the supply chain is defined as the flow of quality products from a source to all the end customers, involving a series of unique processes, namely purchasing, manufacturing, transportation, customer care, order forecasting, and supply planning demand forecasting.
