Assignment Brief:
You have to present strategies and actions you have taken in your role to CEO of the Fresh Connection, In particular, you need to answer the following questions.
1: In your area, what was the situation when you took over?
2: What do you think was the reason for the problems associated with low ROI?
3: What strategies did you suggest ?
4: What actions have you taken to implement those strategies?
5: What was the result of those actions ?
