The hospitality event and hospitality career is chosen because it offers lots of promises. The hospitality sector offers various kinds of opportunities for career making. In airline and railway travel, in tourist offices, in event management, in cruise companies, in catering companies, in bars and private clubs, in their venues and concert, in museums, in hotel development and construction and in many other industries. Another reason is exceptional economic growth in the hospitality sector. There are rapid promotional opportunities for the people in this sector. Vertical career moves are possible easily with the hospitality and event management courses. The management level in hospitality sector offers various employment benefits. The traditional benefits such as retirement plans, competitive healthcare package, and other various exciting fringe benefits are offered. In the event management sector, there are lots of promises for future growth. This is revealed with this fact that shows that there is a projected estimate of 109,900 jobs by 2024. This also reflects that there is average of ten percent growth in the event management job market. As the most of companies are shifting their base from the domestic operation to the global level base operation it can be concluded that opportunities are in high number in this sector. Therefore I look to earn a degree program to catch these opportunities.
The reason to choose the Blue mountain international hotel management school is its excellence in offering better education for hospital management aspirants. Also the inside environment for learning is very good. Another positive point is collaboration with teachers and their assistance to learn various new aspects of job profile. I want to join Four Seasons Hotel for employment. I want to be the part of this establishment after completion of my program. The core values of the hotel reflect these values. Hotel believes in integrity factor. This is the most essential core value that organization seeks. Therefore I will stick to the integrity principle by self restraining practices towards any kind of wrong act that can harm the organizations values. The second important value is development of team spirit. To develop the team spirit, I should develop the team management skills and interpersonal skills. I will promote a participative management approach and consensus decision making approach. Along with these skills, I should develop my listening skills. The listening skills empower me to understand the grievances of other people and sort conflicting interests. Another crucial core value is the excellence delivery and for that I need to improve my professionalism and professional skills. To comply the value of communicate openly and promote innovation, I will build the creativity and innovative skills as well as promote transparent communication with my organization members. The hotel was launched in 1961. The hotel in known for its friendliness and efficiency. Company offering is not easily replicated by the other companies. Hotel four seasons company is committed to develop its human assets regularly to provide a flawless and smooth experience of service by its employees. The attributes that are needed for this position are mentioned here that are being contributed by me to the hotel interstate. First is the honesty that I should integrate with my personality, second is punctuality that is vastly important in hotel business (Shirke, 2015) and I should be punctual on my duties to complete the assigned tasks. Third is desirable conduct that should be polite and courteous to the guests and I should develop a servant leadership quality in me to serve the guests

The five stage of the interview process are mentioned here. First stage for the interview process begins with preparation. Before going to any interview it is mandatory to learn about the organization as much as it can be. For this purpose, the company should be researched about their products and services, their values and philosophies of doing business, expectations from the positions that is applied for, venue of the interview, directions to reach the venue, making a list of prospective questions that interviewer can ask, making a lot of questions that I should ask from the interviewer. Though all these preparation steps are familiar to me but I did not consider preparing questions to ask from interviewer.
In the second stage, introduction is important. Non ve
al and ve
al expressions are important here. Therefore I should smile when I enter into the room and wait until I ask for seat. Handshake should be firm and maintaining eye contact with interviewer is must while listening or speaking. In a panel interview, every person in the interview board should have eye contact by me. In the second state of interview, I did not give much importance to the non ve
al cues but later with the analysis I realized that it is a very important fact to decide the fate of interview.
Presentation is the third stage in the interview. The rules are here to listen carefully and must know what to be said in response. The questions that are not understood must not be answered without clarification. It is also required that bluffing during interview should not be practiced. Honesty is valued and this must be practiced during interview. The third stage requirements are quite familiar to me and I think I am quite prepared to handle this stage.
The stage four is marked with the obtaining information for me. The job interview asks that questions should be asked about the requirements of job and type of work. For this purpose, questions should be framed but this section is not noticed by me and I did not consider that these are vital aspects for the interview.
The last stage is wrapping the things up. It’s the time when the interview gets over and during this time, a firm handshake with everyone is required. It is also crucial that I should tell them about the follow up within two weeks if I don’t hear from them. This fact is not considered by me before analyzing the interview stages. With the analysis of interview stages, I come to know that I should consider non ve
al gestures, and other aspects such as asking questions about my own rewards and replying back to the interviewer within the two weeks.
