Sample Report
Objective
The next part of the report is the Objective. It should contain the purpose of doing the experiment in a line or two.
Procedure
The method of investigation, or Procedure, is next. This section contains the circuit diagrams along with a general description of the procedure. This description should be comprehensive, but not overly ve
ose. For experiments where the procedure is given in the laboratory manual, do not copy the lab manual word for word, but rather express the procedure in your own words and in past tense as you did the experiment in the lab. All essential steps in the experiment should be listed, with special attention paid to those that are complex or require extra attention. Circuit diagrams should be fitted into the description of the procedure where they best help to clarify it. The circuit diagrams should show all switches, circuit
eakers, instruments, rheostats, load resistors, and all other apparatus that is necessary for the test. Magnitudes of the voltages and the type (DC or AC) that are applied to the test circuits should be indicated, as should all known component types and values. Each diagram should have a figure number for reference purposes.

Operational Amplifier Operation and Applications
Objective
The objective of the experiment is to learn about the design and operation of an Operational
amplifier as a non-inverting amplifier, inverting amplifier and filter amplifier.
Procedure

A. Before performing the original experiment, the gain calculation using transient
analysis with 1kHz sine wave with Vpp=1.00 V and AC sweep analysis for gain in dB
vs log of frequency plots with sweep starting from 100 Hz to 1 MHz of the three op-
amp circuits of figures 1, 3 and 4 are performed with the following conditions.
i. For figure 1, let
ii. For figure 3, let
iii. For figure 4, let
