would implement expansionary fiscal policy. Under this policy, the government
would have to spend more and tax less. While Government expenditures are
injection to the economy, taxes are leakages from the economic system. So if
government follows expansionary fiscal policy (i.e. increasing government
expenditure and reducing tax payment), aggregate demand in the United States
would increase, economy output to expand and thereby it would help the economy
