For example, the educator can include learning about the practices and cultures of indigenous Australia with the help of local communities and resources.
Quality Area 5: Relationships with children
This particular quality area focuses to outline an inherent relationship with the children. This is extremely important to ensure cognitive development and social development among children. ess Strait Islander organization that provides a platform to accelerate the voices and the lived experience of the stolen generation survivors and their families. The organization works with the communities to create a place of safety and provides an environment for the stolen generation survivors and their families to speak for themselves and tell their stories and be in charge of their own healing. The community also provides trauma care and healing-informed practice to help the government and the policymakers and the role in intergenerational healing. The organization is also conducting its programs to promote trauma awareness by addressing the unresolved trauma in the indigenous communities that were caused by the colonization and actions that were forced for the removal of children.
· Creative Spirits- Creative spirits are aboriginal-owned and run organizations. It is a big process that focuses on the indigenous people of Australia and their culture and the problems faced by the indigenous people. They also provide literary sources about the aboriginal Australians and provide effective information about the first peoples of Australia. This also provides a platform for writing about the culture and the heritage of the aboriginal people and provides the best knowledge about they are heritage. They focus on a temporary understanding of the complexity of the aboriginal culture and histories and prefer to give a voice to the authentic points of view of the aboriginal Australians.
· Deadly Story- The deadly story is a cultural resource portal that supports indigenous Australian mostly children and young people who are in out-of-home care to grow in their knowledge of who they are and where they come from as well as support for, they are growing connection to their culture, country, and community. This particular portal also provides resources because the increased knowledge of culture can be internalized to support healing and other protective factors that help in the development of self-esteem and self-resilience to lead to better health and well-being of the community.
