Pre-service is a form of training where an individual gets engaged before starting a position. This ensures that the employees work collaboratively and serves a specific role and objectives along with a variety of coursework during the training process.
In-service is a type of training where the early professionals try to increase their level of skills and upgrade their knowhow. It also helps to acquire a new level of licensure and meet the necessities of the early childhood professionals.
In-service training which helps to compliment the already existing training processes with respect to the early childhood development professionals is called the Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This type of training is extended beyond the accredited training sessions necessary for certification and recertification and is existence in the system.
