When you attend Kidz Konnection we focus on your child’s future we are not just there to baby sit your child but teach them skills that they can contribute in their daily life style. When your child attend Kid Konnection there will be a cu
iculum for each child to follow. You as a parent will have the option to take your child to our center or we can pick them up from your house if you are located only 15 miles away. Our business as a whole is to provide convenience for the parents and a safe environment for our future (kids); we also play a big part in health at our daycare we will not provide the kids any meal that is not healthy for your child heart. I aspect my employees to have a positive attitude every day, so that the kids can build a strong connection with the teachers. Kidz Konnection is a family environment we strive for everyone to feel equally loved. Caring and loving are the values we will contribute at Kidz Konnection day center and we are hoping for the parents to feel comfortable about leaving their most important piece of possession with us at Kidz Konnection. We will promise to treat them as precious as they are.

Demographic profile: teen parents who are in school or adults who are working a full time job.
Psychographic: Parents who want their children to practice learning with different kids and being around a mixture of kids.

Behavioral: Caring parents who are willing to work with the teachers by also working at home with them
 Why would my target market buy my service? :
The reason why my target market will buy my service is because it is needed in the area of Smithfield and people are having kids every single day and parents need a place that is affordable and safe for their children to attend while they work or go to school.
Situation analysis -
Industry Overview: The industry that Kidz Konnection is in, is growing rapidly every day, because people have children everyday
External Environment: An example would be if girls stop having kids as much in Smithfield NC then Kidz Konnection wouldn’t do as good. The economy is also an external environment because it can’t be controlled within my business and people are having hard times being able to pay for a daycare center. , and with that being said a lot of people are still unemployed and are able to stay home with their children before they are able to attend school.
Competitive Set: Nanny’s and babysitters would be a competitive set because they are doing the same thing I am doing watching kids who offers the same service

Marketing strategies and programs-
Product experience: The factors to my business is having a safe affordable environment for children so parents can drop their kids off knowing they will be okay, they can also learn basic things like how to share and interact with different kids. So price being affordable is a really main factor and also convenience and safety is a big factor for Kidz Konnection
Place Strategy: Kidz Konnection will be located in Smithfield, NC because it is a very small city and they are not many daycares located in that city. The percentages of teen parents are going up
Promotion Plan: Newspaper will be a good place to advertise my business and having my own websites to know my prices and what my expectations is in my business would be on my website, or just random websites for daycares in Smithfield, NC for a locator.
Price plan: Kidz Konenction pricing will be affordable because we are aware that the economy is going through hard times so we will be flexible and willing to work with your desired needs.
Unique selling point: Kidz Konnection unique selling point is that we actually will go pick up and drop off the kids if for some reason parents are not able to, or doesn’t have transportation to. We also will pick up kids from school for our after school program. We also allow after school children to participate in community service activities so that the kids can learn how to be appreciative of what they have. Every month we will volunteer to work in the food bank, donate food to a shelter, and more life changing events. We will practice to eat healthy foods at our daycare and for snacks will only serve them healthy food because children health starts when you are a young.
Mission Statement:
“Our mission statement for my daycare center is to get kids ready and educate them enough to get ready for grade school, and not just “baby sit” them but actually help them learn and to play and share with other kids. We will have a different lesson every day for the child, which the lesson will determine the age group of the child. We will have play time but the child will have to choose at least one partner to play with so they will work on their fine motor skills we will learn to say “yes sir, and yes mam” to adults and use well manners. We will also take field trips to do community service like the “food bank” atheist once a month depending on the age group of the child for the after school kids, so that kids can know how important it is to help others and how fortunate they are , it will help them appreciate things more. Kidz Konnection daycare center will help your child be well educated respectful young appreciated adult, and that is our goal at our daycare center”
