Marketing orientation is a philosophical concept which focuses on the needs of the customer and encourage companies to words towards meeting them. The organisation culture is dedicated to employees where customer comes first (Panasiuk, 2021). This approach helps in earning the trust and confidence of the customer by conveying that they are priority and business is serving them above all. For example, Amazon is a customer centric company and all the strategies of business promotion like shortening the supply chain time, introducing wide product range, and helping customers in shortlisting their favourites by reading reviews. 
Types of marketing orientation 
There are different ways through which marketing orientation, which can be practiced by the companies. It has four types viz:
Product orientation: It keeps the product at the centre of the business activities and refine them consistently as per customer needs.
