Boundaries in Ethical and Legal framework influence the case managers since they assist in setting limits, defining the roles, responsibilities as well as establishing the professional space that should actually exist between workers and clients.

Professionals needs to ensure that they have working relationship with their client
Working relationship emphasize in keeping it completely professional, straightforward and to the point; there should be no issue that might lead to clouding of judgement
