Hi, would like a quote on this paper I have to write for my MUSIC Class. Just 4 pages it's fine.See details below:

A young girl of age 14 lives in the apartment next to you. One day, you are talking with her, and you mention that you are going to see the newly-released movie about Aretha Franklin. She rolls her eyes, like 14-year old girls do, and says "who's that"?

Well, you know who Aretha Franklin is, don't you? And you know how to find interesting information about her on the internet, by searching in Google, and watching videos on Youtube.

Your assignment is to convince 14-year old girl that she should respect Aretha Franklin.

For your midterm essay, write a letter to your neighbor (you can give her a name), and teach her.

Your letter must be in the style of teaching - play music for her, watch a video with her, and talk about that in the letter.

Write in a style that will interest a 14-yr old girl. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR GRADE. I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO WRITE A TERM PAPER - BUT A LETTER TO A TEENAGER.

Be sure to include information that will help her get to know Aretha as a singer, as a mother, a wife, a daughter. Help her understand Aretha's challenges, struggles, and successes.

This is a 20 point assignment, divided into these sections: 10 points factual information; 5 points interesting/creative style; 5 points grammar, writing skill.

minimum length: 4 double spaced pages. maximum length: 7 double spaced pages. Cover pages, bibliography pages, or incomplete pages do not count toward the minimum length.

A bibliography citing your sources is required. Any standard Bibliography format is fine.

(a list of url's is NOT a bibliography).

Dear Donna,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and I hope you are doing really well. I have been extremely busy with my college classes and a lot of work is still to be done in that regard. Time for me is very precious right now however I cannot wait to be meeting you for your birthday next month and also I hope you write back to me really soon. As we were discussing the other day about Aretha Franklin it took me back to this video (link: https:
youtu.be/6FOUqQt3Kg0) where her original songs are shared (Denise). I hope you would take a look at the same and get back to me about great she sounds even without no knowledge of the fact that she had on Fe
uary 29th of 1968 won the first Grammy ever for best blues and rhythm for her solo vocal performances for the song ‘Respect’.
Aretha Louis Franklin as she was also known as was best known to be the artiste who had defined the age that worshipped soul music in the decade of the 1960s. At the very age of 18 with her father’s encouragement, Aretha had switched to secular music from that of scared while also moving to New York City (Guimaraes). She had a contract with the famous Columbia Records and the then executive John Hammond had already known to have signed music cele
ities such as Billie Holiday and Count Basie. It was very overwhelming and daunting for her to be alone in such a big city where the company had a
anged for her contract in regards to recording along with sessions of supervision for her career to be highlighted in the vein of the blue-jazz (Richards). One will be delighted to know that the singer was also a pianist and she was twice paced as 9th in the Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. One of her most beloved songs was ‘Today I Sing the Blues’ which is still considered a classic. She was however not so much known as a crossover artist and had a hard time getting success at that.
Columbia Records made a lot of sings featuring her as an artist that catered both to teenagers and adults. She claimed to have a fear of flying and hence could not do shows a
oad which may have been why she did not enjoy much success as a crossover artist (Dargis). In 2021 a novel movie by the name of ‘Respect’ which stars Jennifer Hudson takes on to be exploring Aretha Franklin and her rise to fame that also involved time away from the stage and with her children. Aretha seems to have had 4 children namely Ted White Jr (Teddy Richards), Clarence, Edward along with Kecalf Cunningham (Pinke). Her eldest son known as Clarence Franklin was birthed when she was just f the mere age of 12. This child had been named after his biological father who was one of her classmates as assumed by many and her biographer...
