Hello, I have two assignments regarding my communications class to be completed. Both requirements are pretty forward and simple. The first one is a discussion post and the second assignment regards watching a video and answering the questions. The book that I use for this classroom is called Wood, Julia T. Communication Mosaics: An Introduction to the Field of Communication 6th or 7th edition. Thank you!

According to Wood, Julia T (p. 134), there is a number of levels used in the process of confirmation and disconfirmation those are recognition, acknowledgment, and endorsement. In a day, I get plenty of messages regarding attending the interviews, hangout offers from friends and others. Hence, my frequency of using messages for confirmation is pretty high, more precisely every day I use messages for confirmation. In the formal confirmation, those are related to jobs I use “Acknowledgement”, otherwise I use “Recognition”. I use Acknowledgment most for the confirmation. I do not use disconfirming messages very often. Mostly I use disconfirming messages to my friends when they make any plan and ask for me to be a part of it. If I do not feel good to attend it in such situations, I use disconfirming messages. 
While doing this exercise I realized that unknowingly I use two most levels of conformation and disconfirmation stated in the book by Wood Julia T. I also noticed that nature of communication or response changes depends on the situation is being faced.
