The two articles that have been selected in consideration to the international human right violation are The Right to Adequate Housing in the African Regional Human Rights System and Social Innovation in times of Flood and Eviction Crisis in Jakarta. Both of the articles are somehow or another advocating for the rights to adequate housing. In the first article it is portrayed that how the people of the Africa in some of the specified regions are deprived of the basic rights of housing, the people are forcibly being evicted from their homes without ant genuine reasons.
 Though the government is always channelizing the fact that the basic housing right is a necessity of each and every individual still such things are happening. The proper housing right and the prohibition against forceful eviction of the people are made but still due to the lack of monitoring the things are pertaining as they were earlier.
