Education always plays an important role in the overall development of a person. The authorities and institutions have to make changes to the education system when it is required. We know the fact that the global environment is influenced by different factors such as legal, technical and political. Therefore, the educators and the authorities have to update the syllabus based on the changes and practices. In this paper, we are analysing the thoughts shared by Rajeev Kadambi in his famous article “One Such Pattern in the Indian Legal Academy”. The article provides the major problems faced by the Indian education system especially legal education system in India. This article also provides insights about the various aspects such as;

The major reason for the pathetic condition of the legal education system during that period, most of the high positions are pied by Englishmen and the highest appellate courts were in London. According to the words of Rajeev Kadambi (2010), the authorities only make changes to the legal and professional studies during the time of imperial rule. As per the report of the University Education Commission appointed in the year 1948, the legal education system of India does not follow any professional standards and it is not
ight compared to other countries. Rajeev Kadambi (2010) also stated that as per the Report of the Bombay Legal Education Reforms Committee (1935); Report of the Chagla Committee (1955); Report of the All India Bar Committee (1953) and Report of the Rajasthan Legal Education Committee (1955) major problems faced by the Legal education system in India includes;
