Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of Posta service in improving the marketing. The study analyzes the evolution of postal services, its role in enhancing the business, marketing and improving the communication. The paper evaluates the authenticity of traditional physical mail and compares it with the modern electronic email system. The paper critically reviews the literature for the development of advanced technology in postal services and its role in improving the postal services in the present scenario.

During earlier days, the Emperors used runners who were specifically trained to deliver the posts to their commanders and other emperors to convey their messages during the war (Wisnefski, 2012). With time the method of using pigeons and post riders also became usual to deliver messages to other places. The post riders used to travel on the horses and used to collect and deliver the mails in their route. It was during the initial years of the twentieth century that the mechanized postal services were introduced to transfer the emails between fixed handling points. The machines were used to prepare the mails, sort them; put the stamp on envelopes and put them into the bags. Gradually the postal service became the standard means of message delivery fully controlled and owned by the government.
The postal services increased the communication and allowed the diffusion of ideas in the olden days when there were no telephones. Even in modern times, the postal service facilitates easy transfer of parcels and mails across the national and international destinations (Simpson, 2015). The business was also successfully driven by the postal services. The small-scale manufacturers and designers could distribute their sales catalogs to the clients through the post.
