     How aging affects these systems and its associated components are as given below:
1) Digestive system problems- there are several digestive problems from which we are 
discussing only few: 
a) Constipation: this is one of the very common problem among different aged groups as 
stomach do not get clear and causes painful bowel movement sometimes it leads to 
bleeding as well. 
b) Not drinking enough fluids: what mostly people does is because of going bathroom 
again and again they do not drink sufficient amount of water which causes dehydration 
and the problems like constipation. So to stay health we should drink much water.
        2) Immune system problems- immunity is the root for healthier life. As we eat so much of 
junk food and fast food in today life, it becomes very important to have a good immunity 
system. But of younger children immune system  is  nice but it gets weaker day by day due to 
aging. That why drinks like yakult (a probiotic  drink) and many more came in the market to  
improve the immunity  system.

Gender specific health care needs for : 
Newborns- diapers, bathing with mild baby soaps,  feeding milk etc. these things are 
common in  both children be it a boy or a girl.   
Small children- food remains same, different clothes, and same undergarments but playing a 
lot with both so that they can get active. 
Adolescent- girls need to eat something in less quantity but healthy as  girls are  more 
worried about their health and their weight  gain. In comparison to  these boys are much 
roadies, they  are rough and  tough. They eat whatever they want and they are  not secure 
about their weight gain and health. 
Young adults-  girls are much concerns about their appearance whereas boys also.
