Introduction
This assignment has been represented in a reflective manner showing different communication methods. The experience that has made me realise about importance of communication in the group work has been presented here by using Gibbs theory of reflection where description of the situation along with feelings, evaluation and analysis as well as action plan has been generated. 
a. Lessons Learnt about communications and their influence on my communication
Communication is not only about word exchange but also more about understanding and having an open mindedness to perceive different viewpoints. Otherwise, it will lead to no exchange of ideas and will make someone confined within their own territory (Barseli et al. 2019). Verbal communication plays an important role when the listener is able to hear but when they are not in a state to, then written and visual communication can play that role (Khatib Zanjani and Moharreri, 2020).
