Hedonism refers to a theory which stated that individual behavior can be determined by desire. The primary intention of a desire is no decrease the pain and increase pleasure. As pleasure and pain, are completely subjective matters, therefore, a thesis of psychological hedonism has attracted a lot of controversies. According to various studies, psychological hedonism is logically distinct from the actual claim (Moore, p. 16).
