Part 4b: Preliminary Marketing Plan/Pricing and Promotional Decisions
This week you will continue to develop your international marketing plan for marketing microwave ovens for the BRIC country you selected.
Draft the final components of Part 4 of your Marketing Plan, including the promotion/marketing mix, along with sample messages, and pricing decisions. Outline your marketing plan to include:
- Pricing determination on how price is set and altered
- Promotion mix
- Outline of how the product is advertised, with visuals as needed
- Media selection
- Sales promotions employed, including any trade sales, social media, or other promotional methods
Reference the Country Notebook: A Guide for Developing a Marketing Plan, Part 4 Preliminary Marketing Plan section, on page 631. Note: Not all sections of this plan should be included—only the elements outlined above.
Minimum 700-word count.
Combine all sections from your marketing plan from the last 5 weeks.
Draft a table of contents and an Executive Summary that is engaging and makes the reader want to delve into the document; however, withhold from sharing the final results.
Attach any remaining graphs, charts, data sets, advertisements, messages, or supporting documents, as necessary.
Include APA-formatted citations and a reference page.
Cite all your sources for all previous sections of your marketing plan in the references page.
Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.
