Introduction
Pineapple Association are planning to setup a hybrid technology for their hotel. This will attract more guests who can afford to hold events, parties, wedding ceremonies, conferences and meeting at affordable cost. Further, the company will plan for a state of art audiovisual and hybrid technology which will be fully automated with minimal manual intervention. The entire process will be technology based using the latest Artificial Intelligence technology. The guests can avail the hi-tech services at a very low and affordable prices. This will help the hotel to attract more customers and enhance their brand progressively.
Analysis
In Day 1 following are the details of audiovisual/ technology and hybrid equipment to be utilized for each event space of the hotel:
Registration: There will be no front desk. Guests will check-in by getting a code to the Wi-fi aided locks. This will be delivered through an app on their smartphones (Rupersburg, 2020). There will be touchscreen tabs in the registration counter for guests who visits without registration.
General session room: There will be clutter free space in the general session room maintaining social distancing norms (Fox, 2021). The hotel management instead of cluttering the space with unused furniture will work directly with the manufacturer to custom design and build pieces. Further, there will be technology solution such as Wi-fi and large screen television for supporting virtual meetings.
Breakout rooms: Wi-fi and large screen television will be installed along with surround sound equipment from Sony will be installed in all the 4 breakout rooms.
