    The development of Roman society is more like a myth which requires precise understanding of the factors that sourced that this growth. As the first democratic region of the world, the emphasis over public opinion was given in the early days; Roman society was structured around humane values as well as over valuing public opinion in the matters of the national interest. However, it was not since the finding of the nation that this public participation or the formation of senate was done (Finley, Theresa & Mark, 255). The initial phases of development were driven by the ideologies of dictatorship. Whether it is the ruling of Caesar family or any other ruler, the progression remained limited into the hands of the regal family. Only the royal blood was allowed to rise to the supreme power. However, a formal understanding was structured around the major defeats of the roman people that they needed to assure themselves about the ruling structure. In other words, the need of reformation, mutiny against the dictatorship as well as considering equal distribution of power as a necessity of time were some of the factors that could ensure success of Romans in defending their te
itories from external rulers (Finley, Theresa & Mark, 257).
