y all of the life experiences, education, strength, weakness and so forth of
employees. The corporate culture is made by the beliefs, attitudes, underlying
assumptions and behaviors shared by the group of peoples. The corporate culture in
the group can be notice through the language, decision making, stories & legends,
symbols and daily work practice. It is a positive force of the firm/organization,
owners/funders, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders. However, sometimes
negativity can impact the corporate culture. The employer or organization can
minimize the negativity of within the workplace environment. The corporate culture
can certainly enhance the performance and productivity of the business. The
corporate culture consists with the beliefs and values established by the leader and
then communicated through the various methods. The corporate structure and
design can be viewed as a body and culture is the soul of it. Ultimately, a strong
organizational culture can realized various benefits such as; enhance mutual trust &
