Conducting the Search: Given the large number of possible places to look for life, how would you prioritize the search? In other words, where would you look first for life on other worlds in our own solar system, and how would you come up with a search strategy for other star systems? Conducting the Search for Life
Searching for life on other worlds in our own solar system is an issue that has perplexed astronomers and scientists for a long time. If I were to be tasked with this search, my greatest priority would be to search for the element that gives life, that is, water. Any form of life is likely to flourish in places with water. In the absence of surface water, I would look for sources that look like they could have had water.
