Adverse possession is generally a law of real estate, in which the law allows a person who has possessed a plot of land of another person for a long period, can claim the ownership of the land in a legal way. As stated by the law there is many elements of adverse possession, among them four notable elements are -
i. The property should be real - The person occupying the plot with physical possession and must be protecting and using it as the actual owner (De Biasi, 2019).
