Design a circuit.Pulses are to be generated using NE555 timers (astable and monostable). Use only standard capacitance values. Negative pulses can be formed using op amp analog inverters. Parallel resistance can be used to combine positive and negative pulses.I will offer related notes and documents.

the required wave form can be achieved by using by using following waveform combination
To achieve above expression we need pulse signal with on period tc= 49750usec and off period 
tf=250usec  we can design this by using Astable 555 timer  oscillator the circuit diagram is given below
Relation of conduction and off period is given below

We required tc=49750usec and tf=250usec 
Lets assume C=0.15uF

Now second signal is to delayed by 500usec delay circuit which is shown below
The delay expression is given by  
Td=0.693*R1*C1 
Lets assume C1=0.15uF

Since we need negative value of first signal we need to invert the first signal

If We need Vout=-Vin 
Gain A=-1

Now these two signal should be given to summing circuit which shown below
All resistance should be equal as the signal are adding with unit gain.
