623 conflict resolution

This project is about applying the knowledge you gained so far on the CPSJ program in your community to foster community cohesion
, social inclusion, and social equality
. You will identify a social problem/conflict in your community and plan a project to reduce conflict in the community and affect durable solutions (as far as this is possible). Examples can be gang exit strategies, raising awareness about rape or domestic violence, surveying new social phenomena, and so on.

This project is inspired by the restorative justice paradigm. It teaches participants the significance of having a tolerant attitude and the importance of reconciliation and reparation. For example, conflict resolution clubs have the potential to become a first step to reparation (outside the Criminal Justice System); or incorporated to judicial settlements (soft power).

My project will be about making private schools resources accessible to public schools i.e. the learning curriculum, food resources and extracurricular activities making sure there is no divide and fair chance for all kids. This can only happen for them if they have the best education

it will give everyone a fair chance at succeeding

Issues at the National Level
The aspect of
idging the gap of the education between the private schools and the public school it is relevant to focus on the one of the main issues and dynamics that are related to the educational inequality in the persistent achievement a gap between students from the different socio-economic backgrounds. This is more concerning at the national level as students from low-income families as well as students from racial and ethnic minority groups often phase significant obstacles for accessing high quality educational resources and achieving academic success (Talamantes, 2020). This particular achievement gap is for parachuted with a number of factors including on even distribution of resources and funding between the schools. Moreover, the lack of access to early childhood education and enrichment programs along with the systematic biases and discrimination that affect the students’ academic opportunities and outcomes.
At the grassroot level many community and local schools are working to address these issues and promote educational equity. Grassroot efforts may involve developing partnerships between schools and community organisations to profile additional resources and support to students from underprivileged backgrounds advocating for increased funding and resources for the public schools and promoting policies and initiative that support diversity, inclusion and equal access to education for all students. In an overall context addressing the educational in equality requires a multifaceted approach that involves addressing systematic issues at the national level while also engaging with the empowering local community and schools to take action at the grassroot levels.
Critical overview of Specific Societal Problem
The specific problem at the proposal of the ends to address the context of educational inequality which is a multifaceted issue that encompasses are range of factors including uneven distribution of resources and funding between schools or lack of access to early childhood education and enrichment programs. This is followed by the systematic biases and the discrimination that influence the academic opportunities and outcomes (Sanusi et al., 2019).
Making the private school resources accessible to the public school such as learning cu
iculum, food resources and extracu
icular activities can be a potential solution to address some of these issues. Important to critically analyse the prospects of this proposal and considered the potential challenges and the limitations. One of the key challenges is the cost of implementing such a program. Private schools typically have significantly more resources and funding than the public schools and it may be difficult for the public school to acquire the necessary resources and infrastructure to provide access to the same level of educational opportunities and resources as the private schools.
Additionally private schools may not be willing to or able to share their resources with the public school as they may view their resources as the competitive advantage. Another challenge is the potential for disparities in educational quality and outcomes to persists even if private school resources are made accessible to public schools (Obiakor et al. 2020). It is possible that students from the higher social economic backgrounds may still have an advantage in accessing and utilising these resources particularly if they have greater support and guidance from their families and community.
It is notable to focus on the fact that may be a distance or push back from the various stakeholders such as private schools and policy makers who may not see the value in sharing the resources or may have different priorities and perspective on the best approaches to addressing educational inequality. Making private school resources accessible to the public schools may have potential benefits it is significant to approved this proposal with a critical eye and considered the potential challenges and limitations. It may be necessary to supplement this approach with other strategies and initiative to ensure that all the students have equal access to high quality educational resources and opportunities.
Cause of the Conflict
Conflict can have multiple causes and understanding these causes is crucial in finding ways to prevent or resolve them. Some of the common causes of conflict include the aspects of scarce resources, power struggles, cultural or religious differences, ideological differences, historical grievances, lack of communication and environmental factors. Conflicts of an arise when there is a competition for the limited resources and this competition can lead to disputes and tension is between the individuals or the community. This and also rise due to power imbalances or struggles for control especially in the situation so where there is significant difference in status or influence between the parties...
