Complaint about unsettling experience
Towed my vehicle to the garage on 5/17. 5/18 received a call from the mechanic that the fuel pump needs to be replaced, I authorized for the repairs to be done with oil, fuel, and air filter changed.5/19 received a call that the car was ready to be picked up.5/20 went to pick up the car, paid 980 dollars for the repairs, and car struggles to start, and did not respond to the gas pedal, and was not able to leave the parking lot with the vehicle. Drove the car back in the workshop, told the mechanic what the problem was, and asked if he could test drive the vehicle. The mechanic came back and said they needed to replace the fuel pump again? Did anybody test drive the vehicle before calling me to pick it up? Unhappy about the poor service.
