Issues
Planet Lean was facing a number of issues that includes low website traffic, lack of engagement from users and difficulty in monetizing the website. These problems are creating issue with engagement of audience with the website. As the traffic is low on the website, the website cannot be monetized. 
Lean processes 
Planet Lean uses lean processes and tools to address issues. Value stream mapping can help Planet Lean for value stream mapping to identify and eliminate waste from the website. 5S by Planet Lean can be used by 5S to organize and standardize website content. Planet Lean used Kanban to manage website development and content creation process (Palange and Pankaj Dhatrak, 2021). Planet Lean implement Just-in-time to publish new content on website as soon as it was ready without waiting for specific schedule.
